Discovery Bay Games Taps Clearwire Vet For New CEO
Seattle-based Discovery Bay Games, the provider of tablet gaming accessories and apps, said today that it has named Michael Sievert as its new CEO. Sievert was most recently Chief Commercial Officer and Chair of the Operating Committee at Clearwire Corporation. Sievert also was CEO and co-founder of Switchbox Labs, and also has served at Microsoft, AT&T Wireless, and E*TRADE Financial, in additon to stints at Procter & Gamble and IBM. Discovery Games said that former CEO Craig Olson becomes Chief Strategy Officer at the company, and will also continue to serve on the firm's board of directors.
