BlueView Technologies Acquired By Teledyne Technologies
Seattle-based BlueView Technologies, a developer of underwater, acoustic imaging and measurement products, has been acquired by diversified defense and electronics firm Teledyne Technologies. Teledyne announced the acquisition of BlueView this morning, but did not disclose financial details of the buy. BlueView, which was founded in 2005, develops sonar systems and other products used for underwater vision, monitoring, survey, detection and navigation. Teledyne said BlueView becomes part of the Teledyne Marine group.
