Concur Deal Worth $1.4 Billion
Redmond-based Concur, which provides travel and expense management software, has scored a $1.4 billion, 15-year contract with the U.S. government's General Services Administration, to power a web-based travel management service for the US. The deal--which was announced by Concur Monday without financial details, with financial details released via the GSA. A report from industry publicatoin Washington Technology first detailed the extent of the win. The new system will allow Federal employees to book travel, and track spending, approvals, and vouchers using the web. Concur is headed by Steve Singh.
