Moblastic Acquired By FunMobility

Seattle-based Moblastic, a company which develops mobile photo editing tools and mobile services, has been acquired by FunMobility. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Moblastic allows mobile phone users to edit, add decorations, and share mobile phone pictures. FunMobility develops mobile applications and services. Moblastic was founded by Seong Kim, Jang Kim, and Joseph Corral, who met while at MIT and Harvard Business School; Jang Kim and Corral will join FunMobility as part of the acquisition.
