NanoString Files For IPO

Seattle-bsaed life sciences and molecular analysis systems developer NanoString Technologies has filed for an IPO, saying this morning in a filing that it hopes to raise $86.25M in the offering. The firm has applied to list as NSTG on the NASDAQ Global market. The IPO is being underwritten by J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Leerink Swann, and Baird. The company is ventuer backed by Clarus Ventures, DFJ, and OVP Venture Partners, among others.
