![]() Tuesday, May 6, 2008 Attenex Partners With Another eDiscovery Firm Seattle-based Attenex, a provider of e-discovery software for the legal industry, announced Tuesday that the firm has inked an alliance with Kazeon Systems, a provider of e-discovery products. According to the firms, they will offer their complementary software applications to enterprise customers, legal service providers, and law firms. Both firms provide software used by law firms and others to manage legal documents. posted on Tuesday, May 6, 2008(Full story) Applied Precision Sells Life Sciences Unit to Management, Venture Group Applied Precision LLC, a manufacturer of imaging, measurement and analysis systems for the life sciences industry, announced Monday that it has sold its Life Sciences business unit to a group that includes its senior management team and Telegraph Hill Partners of San Francisco. According to the agreement, which was signed in Seoul, the two companies will deliver new systems based on the Microsoft Auto software platform.
