![]() Tuesday, May 13, 2008 PivotLink Taps Postini For CEO Seattle-based business analytics software firm PivotLink has snagged the former CEO of Postini as its new CEO, the company said today. PivotLink said that Quentin Gallivan, who led Postini's acquisition by Google last year, will serve as the firm's president and CEO. Current CEO Frank Fulton will return as Senior Vice President of Operations and Services. Postini was acquired by Google in September of 2007 for $625M. The Kirkland, Wash.-based company described York as a mobile technology veteran who most recently served as vice president of engineering at VoiceBox. Before that, he was vice president of technology at GiftCertificates, where he helped create customer loyalty incentives for T-Mobile, Cingular and Coca-Cola customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, Microsoft did divulge that Pentax is providing compensation. By sharing their intellectual properties, Microsoft explained, the two companies will be able to enhance existing product lines and develop future ones.
