    Xenocode Takes On "Application" Virtualization
    Seattle-based startup Xenocode said today that it has launched new software targeted at allowing developers to create independent, standalone software which do not require external libraries, device drivers, and other software. The firm said its software, Xenocode Virtual Application Studio, will convert existing Windows, .NET, and Java-based software into virtual applications, which separate applications from underlying operating systems.     Learning.com Gets Investment
    Portland, Oregon-based Learning.com said Tuesday that it has received new investment from Educomp Solutions Ltd. and from its existing shareholder, First Analysis Corporation. Financial terms of the investment was not disclosed. Learning.com is a provider of web-based education products and curriculum for K-12 schools. The firm's products include Aha!Math and EasyTech. Educomp Solution is an Indian firm focused on using technology in education.

    Resolute Launches Software Unit
    Bellevue-based Resolution Solutions Corporation, a provider of business and technology consulting, said today that it has launched a new subsidiary focused on building Microsoft .NET software. According to Resolute Solutions, its new subsidiary, Kivati Software, will provide engineering, deployment, and management for application built on .NET.     INRIX Debuts Traffic Reporting Tool
    Traffic data provider INRIX revealed this morning that it has launched a new product, a traffic data service that combines real-time, predictive and observed traffic information. Called Total Fusion, INRIX said its latest offering blends data from those three sources to provide speed estimates for busy city streets and congested arterials in addition to major freeways and the entire U.S. Interstate highway system.     Telecom Transport Management Gets $20M In Debt
    Seattle-based Telecom Transport Management Inc. said today that it has raised $20M in a senior debt facility, from Columbia Partners Private Capital. The provider of communications services and backhaul transport for wireless carriers, said that the funding will go towards continued expansion of its network.
