    RadioFrame Secures $28M in Series F Financing
    RadioFrame Networks Inc. announced Wednesday that it has raised $28M in a sixth round of equity and debt financing. The Redmond, Wash.-based company, which provides picocell radio access devices for mobile phone operators and their OEM partners, said first-time investor Plainfield Asset Management and existing investors Ericsson Venture, Ignition Partners and VantagePoint Venture Partners led the Series F effort.     Airbiquity Hires Product, Marketing VP
    Airbiquity Inc. reported Tuesday that it has hired Ralf Hug as vice president of product management and marketing. The Seattle-based wireless communications services provider said Hug will direct its marketing and product management efforts for its offerings in the automotive telematics and portable navigation device sectors.     ICMobil Names Executive
    IntelliCheck Mobilisa Inc. reported Tuesday that Rick Sykes has joined the company as director of government business development. The Port Townsend, Wash.-based business, which manufactures handheld identity and wireless devices for military and commercial uses, said Sykes' chief duties will comprise establishing and maintaining business relationships with the military and various government agencies.
