Phoenix Technologies, which also develops embedded BIOS software used to boot PCs and other electronics devices, has not disclosed financial terms of the acquisition, which was originally announced in July. Liberty Media will pay shareholders $3.90 per share of its common stock for Celebrate Express, with Celebrate Express becoming part of Liberty Interactive Group. According to Azaleos, its OneServer Virtual Edition product now supports use of Microsoft Hyper-V for virtualization of Microsoft Exchange e-mail servers.
