    Daptiv Gains $1.5M In Debt Funding
    Seattle-based Daptiv a developer of online project management and collaboration software, has raised $1.5M in a debt financing, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. No details on the funding were released by the firm. Daptiv is venture backed by firms such as Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Kennet Venture Partners, Bay Partners, and others.

    Yapta Gets $2M
    Seattle-based travel site Yapta.com said Thursday that the firm has raised $2M in a Series B investment round, upping the total raised by the firm to $7.7M. According to Yapta, the round was led by Voyager Capital, and also included Bay Partners, First Round Capital, Swiftsure Capital, W Media Ventures and other, unnamed private investors.     All Star Directories Promotes HR Director
    Seattle-based All Star Directories, a publisher of online and career school directories, said Friday that it has promoted human resources manager Peggy Ball to director of Human Resources. Ball has been at All Star Directories since 2007, and also had previously served at Food Services of America and Sur La Table. All Star Directories is owned by venture capital firm Austin Ventures.
