Itron said that the two firms will jointly market a "complete" suite of smart grid functionality to utility companies, and that Itron will integrate its OpenWay advanced metering application with Ambient's technology. According to Amazon, it has an exclusive deal to offer the Tom Douglas by Pinzon cooking tools on its site.
