    Redfin Upgrades iPhone App
    Seattle-based Redfin has updated its Apple iPhone application, saying Tuesday that it has added more search options to the app. The application, which allows Redfin users to search for homes on the site, now includes search filters for year built, lot size, days on Redfin, and more. Redfin said the application is 10% of the site's traffic on weekends.

    Evri Rolls Out New Widget
    Seattle-based Evri, the startup which is developing content discovery and recommendation software, said today that it has rolled out a new sentiment widget, which allows bloggers or web site owners to get the latest positive and negative on specific topics and embed them on web pages.     F5 Links To Microsoft Hyper-V
    Seattle-based F5 Networks is better linking its products to Microsoft's virtualization products, including Microsoft Hyper-V, saying today that it has created a new F5 Management Pack connected to Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager. The firm said the new software will allow customers to manage their application delivery in virtual environments, including Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V, and System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2.     Concur Hits iPhone
    Redmond-based Concur, a developer of software for managing employee expense reports and travel, said today that it has rolled out a new application for the iPhone. The firm said the free application connects into its Concur Travel & Expense service, allowing users to manage itinerary, capture travel and expense data, and approve expense reports. The firm said the app is on top of existing, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile software offered by the company.

    Kashless Ties With RecycleBank
    Seattle-based Kashless, the online marketplace headed by Martin Tobias, said today that it has linked with RecycleBank, which operates a company which rewards people for recycling and other green activity. The two said they have launched Kashless Rewards, a program which givies rewards for recycling items online at Kashless.org. According to the firms, when users post or pick up items on Kashless, they earn points which can be redeemed for gift cards, (More info...)

    Atigeo Names Sales VP
    Bellevue-based Atigeo, a provider of ad personalization technology, announced today that it has named Patrick Quigley as the firm's Executive Vice President of Sales. Quigley was most recently Global Vice President of Sales at SPSS, where he had been for the last 15 years. Quigley has also served at WPP/Millward Brown.
