![]() Friday, November 20, 2009 Cozi Wins Office Supply Firm Seattle-based Cozi, a developer of applications for families to manage their lives, has scored a win with school supply and office products firm MeadWestvaco. According to Cozi and MeadWestvaco Consumer & Office Products, a division of MeadWestvaco, the two firms are in a deal where they will launch an online family calendar and organization product. The firm said the deal makes Goldman, Sachs & Co., Tennenbaum Capital Partners, and funds managed by Farallon Capital Management LLC as new major shareholders in the firm.
