    Cozi Wins Office Supply Firm
    Seattle-based Cozi, a developer of applications for families to manage their lives, has scored a win with school supply and office products firm MeadWestvaco. According to Cozi and MeadWestvaco Consumer & Office Products, a division of MeadWestvaco, the two firms are in a deal where they will launch an online family calendar and organization product.     Radisys Targets Partners With Program
    Hillsboro, Oregon-based RadiSys, a provider of embedded computing products, is targeting partners with a new partner program, the firm said Thursday afternoon. RadiSys said the new RadiSys Alliance Partner Program provides a formal structure around its existing relationships.     Integra Telecom Completes Restructuring
    Portland-based Integra Telecom, a provider of telecommunications services for businesses, said Friday that it has completed its restructuring of its balance sheet. The firm said the deal makes Goldman, Sachs & Co., Tennenbaum Capital Partners, and funds managed by Farallon Capital Management LLC as new major shareholders in the firm.
