    SinglePoint Sells Mobile Aggregation Business
    Bellevue-based SinglePoint has sold its mobile messaging business to Ericsson, the firms said today. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. According to the firms, Ericsson will gain ownership of SinglePoint's operator connection agreements, which will be used to boost its messaging reach in the U.S. The firms said the sale was structured as an asset purchase. SinglePoint said that the deal will allow it to focus and direct more resources to its mobile advertising business (More info...)

    PopCap To Pay Another $2.7M to MumboJumbo
    Seattle-based PopCap Games was ordered to pay another $2.7M in its loss of a breach of contract lawsuit from casual gaming publisher MumboJumbo, MumboJumbo said Tuesday. According to MumboJumbo, the judge in the 193rd Civil District Court in Dallas ordered PopCap to pay $2.7M in attorneys' fees to the firm.
