Hipcricket said Journal will use the firm's products to reach mobile phone users. The privately held firm, which is a division of nGenera, did not disclose actual financial details of its 2009 results, or any other details to bolster its claim. nGenera CIM was formerly Talisma, and was acquired by nGenera in 2008.
