Nimbic, Formerly Physware, Takes $6.9M

Bellevue-based electronic design automation software firm Phyware has renamed itself Nimbic, set up a Bay Area headquarters, and raised another $6.9M in funding, the firm revealed Thursday. Nimbic said that it has raised $6.(m in a funding round from Austral Capital, Madrona Ventures, and WRF Capital, to accelerate its efforts to develop electronic design autmoation software for the electromagnetic signal integrity, power, and EMI area.
