Vancouver, Washington-based nLIGHT, a developer of high-power semiconductor lasers, said Monday that the firm has raised $10.7M in a new equity financing. The funding came from Oak Investment Partners, Mohr Davidow Ventures, and Menlo Ventures--all existing investors in the firm. The firm said the funding, which is the first close of a round, will go to drive product development of the firm's laser modules, along with sales.
