Nuiku, With $1.6M In The Bank, Looks To Help Sales People With AI

A new, Seattle-based startup, Nuiku, said this morning that it has received $1.6M in a seed funding round, and has launched its mobile apps to help streamline the life of sales professionals. The startup, headed by Sean Thompson, said today that it is combining natural language technology and artificial intelligence to help provide sales professionals with their back end CRM, ERP, and other systems. Thompson, a former sales professional, teamed up with former Microsoft SQL Server Database lead Bill Baker to start Nuiku. Names of the company's seed investors were not announced.
