Oggifinogi Acquired By Collective

Bellevue-based Oggifinogi, an operator of a video advertising platform, has been acquired by Collective, a New York-based advertising technology firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Collective said that Oggifinogi's customers include Bing, Best Buy, Sony, NBC, and Paramount. Oggifinogi was venture backed by Contour Venture Partners, Greycroft Partners, and iNovia Capita.
