Seattle-based Onvia said Friday, via a regulatory filing, that the firm has named Henry Riner as its President and CEO. Riner was most recently CEO of OSG Billing Services, a provider of web-based invoice and statement printing services, and has also served at CoAMS, SourceLink, and University Microfilm. Onvia maintains a database and related software to find government contracting opportunities.
