Portland-based electric vehicle charging station operator OpConnect said this morning that it has rolled out its smartphone payment applications and technology for its charging stations. The firm said the new feature allows EV drivers to pay for and access EV charging at stations, using an iPhone app or other smartphone scanners. OpConnect said its charging stations can be access by credit card, Wright Express Fleet card, email address, and the smartphone app.
