    OVP's Chen Goes Part Time


    OVP Venture Partners said Friday that partner Dave Chen is transitioning to a part time venture partner position in July. The Portland, Oregon-based venture capital firm said that Chen will be moving to independently pursue opportunities in sustainability and new and emerging markets. OVP invests in the technology market in the Pacific Northwest, with deals in the communications, software, security, semiconductors, biology, and nanotechnology areas. OVP maintains offices in both Seattle and Portland.
