OVP Ventures Gets Exit At Serus

Kirkland, Washington-based venture investor OVP Venture Partners has scored an exit at portfolio firm Serus, after E2open said it would pay as much as $26M for Serus. Serus is a developer of manufacturing software for the semiconductor industry, and was based in Silicon Valley. OVP had lead a Series C investment in Serus way back in 2007, which had been led by former OVP Managing Director Mark Ashida. Ashida is now CEO at Seattle's Symform. It's unclear how much OVP still owned at Serus.
