Seattle-based Pace International, a developer of products for the agricultural industry, has been acquired by Valent Biosciences Corporation, in a deal worth $65M. Valent Biosciences had previously owned 25% of Pace. Pace develops commercial coastings, sanitizers, and other products used in agriculture, to protect citrus, stone fruit, and other products.
