PaperShare Acquired By Dynamic Signal

Kirkland, Washington-based PaperShare, a developer of content distribution and marketing software, has been acquired by San Bruno, California-based Dynamic Signal, according to the firms. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Dynamic Signal said it acquired PaperShare to help bolster its products. The acquisition came along with a $12M, Series C financing round for Dynamic Signal, which came from Rembrandt Venture Partners, Venrock, Trinity Ventures, Time Warner Ventures and Cox Enterprises.
