Parallels Debut Windows To Mac Migrator

Renton, Washington-based Parallels, the maker of the PC virtualization software for the Mac, has debuted a new product, Parallels Transporter. The new app automatically helps users move music, pictures, Internet bookmarks, and documents from Windows PCs to a mac. The firm said the new software is available on the Mac App Store today. The software is currently available for $0.99, but will retail for $39.99. The company said the new software is aimed at consumers and small businesses who want to move to the Mac, and do not want to have to manually move their files and documents to a new machine.
