Gig Harbor, Washington-based Perlego Systems said today that it has named a new CEO. Frank J. Costa has joined the firm in the position of Chief Executive Officer, replacing founding CEO Todd Ostrander. Ostrander will become Chief Strategy Officer for the firm. Costa has served at Active Voice Corporation, Mentor Graphics Corporation and Intel Corporation. Perlego is a developer of mobile phone backup software.
