    Phoseon Raises $1.3M


    Hillsboro, Oregon-based Phoseon is reporting today that it has raised $1.3M in a convertible note, from its existing investors along with a new institutional investor. The funding came from Fluke Venture Partners, SmartForest Ventures, PacRim Ventures, and Capybara Ventures. Phoseon is developing solid state light systems used for indistrial printing and semiconductor manufacturing applications. The funding brings the company's total raised to date to $9.2M.
