Tualatin, Oregon-based Pixelworks announced today that its CFO, Mike Yonker, is resigning, as the company continues to restructure. Pixelworks said that it has been consolidating its leadership and business functions into Shanghai and San Jose, and that Yonker declined to relocate to San Jose. The firm said it has begun a search for a CFO in San Jose.
