Redmond-based PlayNetwork has completed its acquisition of Channel M, the firm said this Monday, with the deal officially closing Friday. PlayNetwork said it would buy Channel M, a producer of in-store, TV content, on October 20th. As part of the acquisition, Peter Lee, former CEO of Channel M, joins PlayNetwork's board of directors. PlayNetwork is a producer of content for in-store, retail kiosks. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
