    Pluggd Launches Web Site


    Seattle-based Pluggd, a startup that is developing a web site for helping people to find podcasts, has launched its web site today. The company's service allows users to discover podcasts based on your interests, and allows you to rate and review podcast episodes. The company is also looking to help creators of podcast content distribute and monetize their content. The company's web site is at www.pluggd.com.
