Pointmarc Acquired By Merkle

Seattle-based Pointmarc, a provider of digital analytics and consulting for retailers, has been acquired by Maryland-based Merkle. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Merkle said the acquisition will help expand its expertise in highly specialized, sophisticated data architecture and engineering, and also bring it scale to its existing site analytics and channel optimization areas.
