POP Acquired by Conde Nast

Seattle-based POP, the digital agency founded by Bill Predmore, has been acquired by the parent firm of Conde Nast, Advance Publications Inc.. FInancial terms of the buy were not disclosed. POP, whose clients include Nike, Microsoft, Target, The Home Depot, and Toyota, will become an independent division of Advance Publications. The firm said it had non-media revenue in 2012 of more than $35M, and 200 full time employees in offices in SEattle and San Jose, Costa Rica. POP was bootstrapped, and founded in 1996.
