Seattle-based Propel Biofuels has raised $4.75M in a Series A investment round, led by @Ventures. Other investors in the firm included Nth Power and Seattle-based individuals. @Ventures said that it contributed $2.0M to the venture round. Propel Biofuels is developing public biofuels fueling sites, along with consulting and support to transportation fleets. Peter Mills of @Ventures has joined the firm's board along with the funding.
