PSI Acquisition Acquired By Trafficware

Salem, Oregon-based PSI Acquisition, a manufacturer of traffic control products, has been acquired by Trafficware, a developer of electronics equipment, software, and other products for the transportation systems market. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Trafficware said that PSI Acquisition's products includes traffic control cabinets, controllers and conflict monitors, power backup technology, and an access system. Trafficware is owned by private equity investor KRG Capital Partners. Trafficware, which is based in Texas, did not say how the acquisition will impact local employment at PSI Acquisition.
