Purcell Systems Acquired By EnerSys

Spokane, Washington-based Purcell Systems, a manufacturer of outdoor electronics enclosures, has been acquired by EnerSys. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. EnerSys is a manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of industrial batteries. Purcell Systems had been owned by private equity firm Weston Presidio.
