Spokane Valley, Washington-based Purcell Systems, a developer of customized power and equipment enclosures, has raised $15M in a venture debt round. Hercules Technology Growth Capital, a firm which provides financing to venture-backed companies, said that it provided the venture debt financing on June 29th. Purcell develops custom enclosures and cabinets for the telecommunications industry.
