RadiSys Completes Intel Unit Buy

Hillsboro, Oregon-based RadiSys said late last night that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Intel's modular communications platforms business. RadiSys said it paid approximately $31.75M at closing for the unit. The acquisition had been announced earlier this month. Intel's modular communications platforms business developed AdvancedTCA products.
