Hillsboro, Oregon-based RadiSys, the publicly held developer of hardware and software for the networking market, said yesterday that it has added a new board member. The firm said that it added David Nierenberg, President of shareholder Nierenberg Investment Management Company, to its board. Nierenberg also sites on the board of Electro Scientific Industries, and has previously served at Trinity Ventures and G.E. Venture Capital.
