![]() Friday, July 28, 2006 RadiSys To Acquire IP Media Firm For $105MHillsboro, Oregon-based RadiSys, a provider of embedded systems for the communications networking market, said Thursday that it will acquire Vancouver-based Convedia, a provider of IP media processing and IP Media Server products. The deal is worth $105M plus $10M in earnout. Convedia develops products used for voice over IP networks and IP multimedia systems. RadiSys reported that Convedia has annual run-rate revenues of around $20M. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of both companies. posted on Friday, July 28, 2006
