Seattle-based RealNetworks said late Monday that it has named Tim M. Wan as its Chief Financial Officer, replaces Michael Eggers. Wan has been at Realnetworks for 12 years. The firm said that it selected Wan after a "thorough internal and external search". Wan was previously Vice President of Finance at the company.
