Redfin Boasts Of Faster, Higher Sales With Its Agents

Seattle-based online real estate agency Redfin is claiming that people who list their homes with its agents sell their homes faster, and get higher sales--and says it has the numbers to prove it. Redfin said it did an analysis of more than 55,000 homes that went on market in 2013, and found that its home sold an average of 15 percent (3 days) faster, and for $2,424 more than comparable homes. Redfin did all of the analysis itself.
