    Redfin Launches Neighborhood Analytics Feature

Online real estate broker Redfin reported Wednesday that it has unveiled a new feature on its Web site that allows home shoppers to evaluate neighborhood inventory and pricing trends with data previously available only to real estate agents. The Seattle-based company said visitors to Redfin.com can view new listings, price reductions, open houses and selling trends and prices for each neighborhood, city or postal code that Redfin covers. Additionally, Redfin said users can now use the site to map their favorite listings, organize home tours and evaluate their Redfin agents. Redfin currently serves residents in the Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco Bay, Seattle and Washington D.C areas.
