Redfin Unveils Dashboard for Listing Customers

Seattle-based online real estate broker Redfin Corp. revealed today that it has debuted a new dashboard for its listing customers. Redfin said the application, called Redfin Listing Metrics, analyzes neighborhood inventory trends and recent sales on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis. Redfin explained that this allows its customers to compare their listings' traffic to other area listings. The new dashboard also gives Redfin's listings customers the ability to compare their listings' prices, photos and amenities to those of its competitors. Customers can also use the dashboard to schedule and promote open houses, Redfin added.
