    Resolute Adds Board Member


    Business and technology consulting firm Resolute Solutions Corp. reported Monday that it has appointed Wes Swenson to its board of directors. The Bellevue, Washington-based company said it selected Swenson, who is a venture partner, because of his extensive technology industry experience and financial background. A former president and chief executive officer of Forum Systems Inc., Swenson has also held executive-level positions at Phobos, SonicWall, Novell, WordPerfect, SoftCopy, Cosmebrite and NV Philips. Resolute added that Swenson is an advisor or director to many boards. He currently serves on the Utah Technology Council’s board of trustees and co-chairs the Utah Emerging CXO Forum.
