    Resolute Installs Cooper As Legal Affairs Director


    Business and technology consulting firm Resolute Solutions Corp. revealed Wednesday that it has hired Russell L. Cooper as its director of legal affairs. Resolute said Cooper will oversee legal affairs, advise the company on regulatory matters and participate in contract negotiations and other business transactions on behalf of the company. Prior to joining Resolute, Cooper was an attorney for Stanislaw Ashbaugh LLP. He has also practiced law for Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and K&L Gates, Resolute said. Founded in 1996, Resolute Solutions Corp. is a privately held company headquartered in Bellevue, Wash.
