Rosetta Biosoftware Signs Stanford

Seattle-based Rosetta Biosoftware, a maker of products for genetic data management and analysis, said Tuesday that the firm has signed on Stanford University as a licensee. According to the firm, Stanford will use the firm's products as part of a genome-wide association study targeted at finding genes associated with insulin sensitivity. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed.
