SchemaLogic, a developer of business language management software, announced Monday that it has raised $12.7 million in Series C financing. SchemaLogic said Goldman Sachs led the effort, with Artis Capital and previous investors Madrona Venture Group, Phoenix Partners and company co-founder Trevor Traina also pitching in. SchemaLogic said it will use the money to grow its worldwide sales and marketing efforts. SchemaLogic is headquartered in Kirkland, Wash. More information »
