    SecondSpace In Marketing Deal


    The St. Joe Company, a housing and community developer in northwest Florida, announced Wednesday that it has formed a multi-year strategic alliance with SecondSpace Inc., a publisher of lifestyle-oriented Web sites. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. As part of the agreement, the two companies will develop a new web-based marketing and sales platform for St. Joe's resort and rural retreat products, St. Joe said. The Jacksonville, Fla.-based company added that SecondSpace will also market St. Joe's assets on its ResortScape.com and LandWatch.com Web sites. SecondSpace is headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., and is backed by Ignition Partners.
